Bottle @ home. Clear artifical fluorescent golden color, virtually no head. Artificial, artificially flavoured aroma. Artificial lime. Flavor is light lime with again artificial flavors and sugar coming through. Yet, when you’ve just done some manual labor around the house and you’re dead beat, the bottle is cold and you’re thirsty as hell, it’s definitely not a drainpour. I’ve had much worse than this. As I was indeed beat and thirsty from working myself into sweat around the house, I did finish the bottle and even enjoyed the first couple of sips. Guess you just have to open this beer under the right circumstances to not rate it incredibly poorly.

Bottle of home. Quite watery with an artificial lime taste. Not a crisp and refreshing as I hoped. Thin body.

Bottle 12fl.oz. [ As Moosehead Light Lime ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, vegetables, light grain, light lime. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, artificial lime, pale malt, vegetables, sweet malt. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20141025]

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, almost like wort with lemonade. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. It’s a pale yellow-ish beer with a small, white head. The aroma has lime and some generic citrus and grass, with a faint whiff of pale lager in the back. Flavorwise it’s much the same, with a faint bitternes showing up. It’s rather dry on the palate, thin to medium bodied and with a decent carbonation. Short, lime peel dominated finish. A rather poor one, but at least it’s flawless. 141025
