Inspired by the hop heavy West Coast IPA’s when craft beer was coming into its own, this Brewer’s Cut release was brewed with 100% pilsner malt for a light body and well balanced mouthfeel. Dry-hopped with Citra, Cascade, Chinook, and Strata, these hops give this beer a dank aroma of bright citrus & pine and flavors of grapefruit, resin, pine, with a lingering bitterness.
