Peanut butter just isn't peanut butter if it doesn't stick to the roof of your mouth! So we focused on creating a sticky mouthfeel for this stout with rye and caramel malts. To enhance the aroma of the cacao nibs most of the color comes from chocolate rye. Then we added powdered peanut butter for that distinctly toasty-nutty flavor that goes so perfectly with chocolate!

Light peanut butter and some dark chocolate. Coffee and vanilla. Oily black pour with decent mocha head. Good balance. Bitter finish with light caramel.

Dark black body small off white head. Peanut roast choc aroma. Peanut roast chocolate flavor. Full body moderately low carbonation. 8/5/8/4/17 4.2
