Bryggarens tanke bakom denna öl är att göra en god och fräsch förfriskare under soliga sommardagar, men som ändå är full av smak. Det har vi gjort genom att använda oss av pilsmalt och ett pilsmäskningsschema, varefter vörten först fått koka med humle från det tyska Halertauer och sedan den amerikanska humlen Amarillo, så att ölet får en fräsch citrusarom. Slutligen har vi jäst ölet med vår favoritAlejäst från England. Med andra ord har vi försökt plocka ut det bästa från Tyskland, England och Amerika. Hoppas det smakar!

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 290814

Bottleđ@vPBFIII. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some slight herbal and breadfy malty notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, nectary and has a nice bitterness along with some bready notes.

Hazy orange color, small steady white head. Grassy, fruity, gooseberryish aroma. Medium-bodied. Grapefruit, citrus in the flavor. Fruity and hoppy, pleasant APA. Suprisingly good from this brewery.

A slightly orange coloured, hazy beer with a blond, dense and almost medium head. The nose is unique, but quite pleasant, lots of citrusfruits, belgianfruits, spiced, also sour apples. Taste is fruitfull, lemon, sourness, strong spicyness in the end with some dry herbs that turns the taste to almost dry. Medium bodied, smooth carbonation, fresh and smooth. Interesting and unique beer, this is nice.

Pours hazy orange with a small bubbly head. Aroma of grass, malts, some yeasty fruity notes. Taste is yeasty, grassy and malty with hints of hops. Finish is yeasty and fruity. A bit unbalanced, has some off-flavors.

Bottle 0.33l at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Colour is clear orange with large white bubbly head. Aromas and flavours: Grain, fruits, hops and malts. Sorry but this is homebrew.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 04.11.2013, at Pikkuintu, 20130625) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was large, long lasting and white. Aroma had citricness, sourness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, malts, molasses,yeat and bitterness. Aftertaste was yeasty and bitter. An unclean and unfinished beer.

The beer started to foam out of the bottle as soon as it was opened. Aroma is hoppy with exotic fruits, citrus and gooseberry bush. Flavour has citrus, hops, some grapefruit, gooseberry bush, some yeasty notes and vegetables. Slightly messy but I like the crisp hops here. Gets worse towards the end of the glass.
