Bryggarens tanke bakom denna öl är att göra en god och fräsch förfriskare under soliga sommardagar, men som ändå är full av smak. Det har vi gjort genom att använda oss av pilsmalt och ett pilsmäskningsschema, varefter vörten först fått koka med humle från det tyska Halertauer och sedan den amerikanska humlen Amarillo, så att ölet får en fräsch citrusarom. Slutligen har vi jäst ölet med vår favoritAlejäst från England. Med andra ord har vi försökt plocka ut det bästa från Tyskland, England och Amerika. Hoppas det smakar!

Flaske 330ml spandert av Rune. Delt på Nerstranda 27 Okt 15. Honningfarget. Lavt skum med bobler. Prikklacing. Søt honningaroma. God, lett syrlig maltaroma med undertone av honning. Behagelig bekjentskap.

Special design 330ml bottle bought at Alko Arkadia in Helsinki. Bubbly, beige head to a hazy dark golden body. Fair lacing. Aroma of herbal hops and mid-sweet, earthy malts. Taste of honeyed fruits and malts. Dried fruity endnotes with discreet bitterness. Medium bodied. Well worth drinking (shared with Finn, Tromsø 27.10.2015).

Smell of spices, fruit, yeast. Amber colour, very high beige head which diminishes quickly. Aroma of yeast, herbs, some spices. Mostly bitter with a faint sourness. A bit too herby to be balanced, otherwise nice. Very lively carbon, dry palate and a rather light body.

Bottle 330ml. @ pre. The Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2014, TSODRBSG14. [ As Rousal Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, sweet fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity, sweet malt, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140829]

Bottle. An unclear, golden-orange colored beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma has a touch of belgian ale, with pine cones, resins and grapefruit notes. A touch of grass and pale malts too. Medium body and a decent carbonation level, semi-sweet. The flavor has some sweetness, with pale malts in the back. Grassy, piney and citrusy hops, with some yeasty hints. Lasting finish with fruityness and a nice bitterness. A bit unusual, but tasteful and quite pleasant. 140829
