A new iteration on our Kellerpils, this 5.2% lager is crisp, clean, and crushable. Spelt and Chit malt went into the mash on top of a base of Pilsen malt, adding notes of slight toasty nuttiness and playful spice. Hopped early in the boil with Tettnang and then finished with layered additions of Saphir late in the boil, notes of green tea and honeysuckle dominate the nose, with fun orange blossom and citrus zest on the backend.
