This fluffed up Pale Ale is as soft as a kitten but roars with flavor like a mighty bear! Floof is made to have a ton of hop flavor but very low bitterness. We used Citra and Sabro hops which impart notes of tropical fruit and hints of coconut. We also loaded up the malt bill with tons of oats for a nice creamy-soft mouthfeel. No floofy animals were harmed in the making of this Pale Ale.

Mango and lots of green onion. Lasting green onion. Murky yellow pour with ok head. Green onion hop tang finish with some bitterness. Tap at brewery.
