Paper Parasols: Whiskey Sour

For this iteration of Paper Parasols, we sought to emulate an iconic cocktail: The Whiskey Sour. We started with our sour ale, aged on whiskey soaked American Oak bringing notes of vanilla, caramel, and an almond nuttiness. A very light addition of New Zealand Motueka dry hops was added to boost the lime and lemon aromas. Soft carbonation, coupled with a dry finish results in a very refreshing tart ale.
