Bottle shared in hotel room in Alcuida, mallorca, picked up from local Spar. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a very lively loose white head. Aroma is bretty yeast, funk, grass, lemon rind. Pithy. Flavour is composed of pithy lemon rind, bretty funk unintended sour, yeasty bite,. Palate is really gassy and abrasive, fizzy carbonation. Drying finish. Very high attenuation. Harsh finish.
