A new edition to our Mo' series, makes plentiful use of Enigma, the latest variety from Australia, a high alpha acid, high oil content hop rumored to be the cousin of Nelson Sauvin. Mo' Enigma truly is an enigma, giving layers of flavor & aromatics. Strong notes of pine & a forest canopy of earthiness, but also shades of tropical fruit, melon, ripe raspberries, & mom's herb garden.

The beer is a medium gold color. The liquid is quite clear. Small to medium white head. Decent retention. The aroma is full of sweet, fruity hop flavors. Big pineapple, kiwi, mango, tangerine, all very sweet and light. Light, simple malt well in the background. The taste is mildly to moderately bitter, picks up some in the finish. Light feel. Some nice mineral feel and flavor to it. Very easy to drink. Great stuff.
