Crisp and clean with a hoppy bite. We use 100% German Pilsner malt with a blend of German Tettnang, Styrian Celeia and New Zealand Motueka hops. Conditioned/lagered for 5 weeks for a smooth complexity. A true crusher!

[2/15/15] Draught at Cellarmaker in San Francisco. Aroma of grains, a bit of lager yeast and some herbal hops. Sweetish flavor, grainy and a bit bready, with lager yeast and mild noble hops bitterness. Quite light-bodied.

Pale, golden beer with mild haze and a fizzy white head. The aroma is fresh, crackery malt with bright, grassy hops. Rich but light flavors. The taste is clean and very refreshing. It’s fairly dry with a lingering bitterness that grows in the aftertaste. It’s probably a bit hoppier than most style guidelines would prefer, but I like it and it’s really not as hoppy as I expected. Very clean, nice malt sweetness. Mouthfeel is light with effervescent carbonation, mild prickliness. Crisp. Good stuff. Cellarmaker does a good job with restraint when they want to.
