Cask. The beer is dull amber gold with just some random bubbles posing as a head. Sorta cloudy. Nice aroma but I’m not liking it as much as the normal version. The mango sweetness pops in and gives a nice fruity aroma but gets lost in the taste. Mint is mild in aroma but gives a little toothpaste note in the taste. It seems significantly more bitter than the normal version. Solid hop flavor but the bitterness actually gets a bit bland which is definitely not the case for the normal version. Also, there’s essentially zero carbonation. I’ve had a few cask beers at Cellarmaker and this one is significantly less carbonated than the others. Less carbonation then beer straight from the fermenter. A bit too much body to it without the bubbles. The sugar just seems a bit stickier. Not my favorite.
