Hopped exclusively with Mosaic hops. Flavors of fresh cut pine, juicy blueberry dank, grapefruit and stonefruit. This batch has been Double Dry-Hopped for even more intense hop awesomeness! We also used a locally grown barley that was malted by new Alameda maltster: Admiral Maltings. A nice toasty and nutty touch!

On tap at Gourmet Haus in Redwood City. Pours hazy and yellow with white head. Slightly thin mouthfeel and balances toward the malt a tad much.

Pours a bright light golden color. Transparent - never sure what sort of clarity to expect from Cellarmaker. Big white head. Solid fine foam. Good retention with lots of lacing. The beer really shines in the light. Huge hoppy aroma. Pineapple, peaches, white grape juice, hint of vanilla, apricot, raspberry, honeysuckle. Solid pine note comes out as it warms. Wonderful sweet hoppiness. Quite dry. Solid bitterness with lots of hop flavor. Pine resin, pineapple, peach, apricot, grape skins. Pretty much the same as the aroma, There is more of a bitter twist on the flavors, but on top of that bitterness, the layered fruity sweetness shines. Great expression of Mosaic. It’s very refreshing, very clean. Crisp and effervescent. Light on the palate. Some nice hop oiliness. Tasty, tasty beer. I particularly appreciate that Cellarmaker is showing off big hop flavor with backing bitterness. Plus, it’s always fun to find an excellent Mosaic beer.
