Lagers are awesome during the hot days of spring/summer but few lagers are hoppy enough. This IPL is fermented with Augustiner Lager Yeast to create a crisp beer loaded with tropical hop flavor. Australian Galaxy hops are at the forefront of this beer offering notes of Passionfruit + Pine and NZ Motueka hops lend lemon-lime flavors. This beer is bright, aromatic and refreshing.

Pours golden and clear with a small fine white head. Very good retention for a lager - lots of nice sticky bubbles. Aroma has a lager yeast character with fruity hop flavors. Big peaches, apricots, grapes, mint. Clean and dry. Crisp on the palate. Moderate bitterness. Gets a bit grassy in the finish. Interesting flavors in the taste, though it’s not as good as the aroma. Very refreshing. Light mouthfeel, fizzy. Maybe a bit strong, for its own good. Still, this a solid hoppy lager.

Pours golden orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of zesty fruits, lemon, lime, citrus and exotic fruits with hints of bready notes. Taste is smooth, hoppy, exotic fruity and grassy with some lemon and refreshing lime notes. Finish is crisp, bitter and hoppy with some fruitness and maltiness. Quite a hoppy lager.
