Draft - Flowery sweet notes with a touch of pepper. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Sweet and fruity with lots of esters. A bit of a mess.

Heller, deutlich hefiger Antrunk. Trocken herb, weich, Noten von Banane. Süß belgisch hefig, mittellanger Nachhall, eher disharmonisch. 8/8/7/8//8

On tap at Roundhouse Taproom. Almost clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of fruit, light spices, some bread and grass. Fairly light and with a medium bitterness.

Pours a bit hazy, little foam, flat. Aroma is spicy, ginger. Taste is not bad, quite a lot of ginger but dry, lasting lingering ginger bitterness. Not bad but sort of biased towards ginger too much.

Bottled. Cloudy golden orange. Huge spicy nose, like ginger. fruity flavor, rich malt, ginger and spices. Good, solid body. Too spicy.

Hazy yellow color. Big lemony nose with tons of peppercorn. The mouth is fairly light dry and hoppy like it should be, though just a bit off balance. Dry finish with the peppercorns lingering. The peppercorn are bit perhaps too much, but still enjoyable.

[ As Jing A Full Moon Farmhouse Ale ].Clear light to medium yellow amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to light heavy spicy, sweet flowers - sweet pepper, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy pepper, floral pepper. Body is medium, texture is oily - watery, carbonation is soft. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is pepper, herbs, spices. Flavour is pepper, herbs, spices, malt, caramel. Weird beer.

Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is veggie, spruce and selery. Sweet, fruity and light veggie. Light fruity and bitter into the finish.

Pours hazy amber with small off-white head. Spicy aroma of Sechuan pepper, with notes of fruit and malt. Round flavour of sweet malt, spiced up with Sechuan pepper and bitter, hoppy notes. Bittersweet and sourish aftertaste. Well-balanced and decent.
