On tap. Pours with a hazy amber hued body with a large and resilient off-white head. Aromas are very estery and fruity. Strawberries, grainy notes, very light wine. Flavors are grainy, lactic, fruity, estery and strawberries. Minimal sourness. Lively bubbles with a dry mouthfeel.

City Beer Store, Telegraph Wild Ale Tasting (1/20/11). Refreshing sour with a very good fruity tartness. This beer definitely had more tartness than the blonde and seemed better tied together, but then I also just prefer a little more sour. The fruitiness is raspberries, pears, apples and blackberries. There’s also some caramel and funk. I would have preferred for the flavors to be dialed up even more, but it was still a very enjoyable beer and I would love to be able to buy a bottle. Mouthfeel was light with a bit tart bite in the finish. Good stuff.
