355ml bottle. Appearance - deep amber with a attractive head. Nose - tomato stalk and lime. Lime marmalade background. Taste - spicy biscuits and more dry green notes again. Plant and dry citrus. Some earthy root vegetables too. Palate - close to medium bodied with a dry middle section that runs into the long dry finish. Overall - this is challenging but I really like it

Bottle split at GBBF, day 2, 13/08/14 - thanks to Kenvold. Dark amber with a decent off white coveirng. Nose is bitter orange, light caramel, bread dough, straw. Taste comprises caramel malt, bitter orange, touch of hops, biscuit tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Ok, not really in the mould of a SIPA as I know it, not quite hoppy enough or tropical infused for this Boits.

GBBF Day 2. Bottle. Lightly amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry with light fine carbonation. Smooth light malts bring mild creamy sweetness. Mild orange and orange marmalade hops. Even a little hop spice. Dry finish. Actually pretty drinkable despite being too dry.

Bottle, 4.5%. Mild fruity hop aroma, sweet watermelon, red berries. Cloudy copper colour. Big semi-stable off-white head. The flavour has a fruity hoppiness similar to the aroma. The bitterness is slightly rough.
