[ As Amplified Ale Works Rainbow in the Dark ].Clear dark brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, licorice, roasted, hoppy, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140516]

Pours dark brown with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity, pine. Roasted and solid hoppy flavoured. Bitter and dry roasted into the finish.

Pours clear dark brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of citrus, peach, orange and grape. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long citrus, grape and orange finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Pours hazy very dark ruby/copper brown, with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit, yeast and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of citrus and grass. Bitter and slightly acidic aftertaste. OK.
