tap at the brewpub - Pours clear gold and bubbly with a substantial head that I watched the bartender pour off repeatedly as he filled my pint. It has a mild hop aroma. The flavor is light malts with mild, crisp hops that accent it well. The body is light without being watery and there’s some mild bitterness in the clean finish. While I’m not a big fan of lighter styles, in my opinion this brew is a good, enjoyable representation of the style.
