330ml bottle. Opaque, dark turquoise colour with small, frothy, diminishing, off-white head. Earthy, herbal and slightly spicy aroma, a touch of mustard and horseradish, wasabi. Taste is slightly tart, citrusy, herbal spicy, hints of lemon, mustard and horseradish, there’s also a ground layer coming along as sweetened woodruff in a way. Harmonious, integrated and balanced - the colour is really exceptional.
