Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 21st March 2025. Clear amber with shallow, yellowy white foam and full lacing. Exquisitely grassy aroma. Tangy fruits, grasses and spicy notes in-mouth, and a citrusy finish on the upper palate. A fair amount of body and a smooth mouthfeel. Superb.

Tight off white head on an unclear amber coloured body. Malt & biscuit aroma. Medium bodied, soft with a tingle on the back. Sweet malt, caramel, toffee & biscuit tastes with a fruity tangy finish. Not very bitter for a Bitter but very quaffable.
