How do you best spend a 13 hour layover in Copenhagen, Denmark? Certainly together with friends, brewing beers.
I reached out to Patrick at Pleasanti Street to see if we finally had the perfect occasion to collaborate and we were invited to Alex at Bicycle Brewing for a fun day of three-way-collabs.
In Denmark we brewed a soft, pillowy wheat forward IPA, in line with what I love in the style and what all three of us wants to explore further.
For the Swedish release we adapted the ABV, set to 7 %, kept the fluffy body and built the hop schedule around Nelson Sauvin and Cashmere, joined by Vista hops with delicious notes of melon, pear and juicy tropical fruits.

A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, some tart fruits, lime. Taste of tropical fruits, mango, yeast, lime, tart fruits.

Draft. A cloudy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, spices, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, peaches, spices, hops, and malt, leading to a smooth finish. Not bitter enough.
