Old Brown Wild Ale
This beatiful dark beer with an elegant hue of red is inspired by Oud Bruin traditions from Vlaanderen. Brewed with dark malts and aged for 12 months with wild yeast cultures in Chardonnay and Callejo barrels which were then blended together to achieve a breathtaking complexity. Pair with duck, game, red meat or drink on its own when all else has failed.

Draft. A brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of wood, funk, brettanomyces, lemons, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, grapes, wood, funk, brettanomyces, and malt, leading to a tart finish.
