Aus der Flasche (bottled 04.2024/bbe 30.04.2029) im 2025-08 getrunken. Diese dunkelrote Ale kommt im typischen Flemsh Red stil daher. Hier zeigt sich auch deutlich der Weinfass-Einfluss und eine kräftige Säure, die irgendwo an Citrussäure und Weinessig erinnert. Ein schönes Ale!

Dark brown colour with medium white head.Aroma is mild tart and fruity with taste of berries and acid even good note of wood and barrel nice fresh and tasty stuff.

Bottled 375ml. -at Goblet Zagreb, shared with Hrabren. Dark amber coloured, minimal off-white head that went away immediately, fruity and light bretty nose. Tartish fruity, light caramel, notes of oak and light grapes with dryish finish.

0.375 bottle shared with Ogi at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Dark amber, small off-white head. Fruity, dried fruit at first, fruit skin, raspberry, very light bretty note, cheesy and goaty. Hints of blueberries. Light body, tart, lightly sour, astringent, slick and dry. Flavour is tannic, oaky and fruit skins. Moderate carbonation, light dry finish. No complexity.

Frothy off-white fair mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter acetic flavor. Long moderate bitter nice finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours clear dark chestnut reddish brown with medium offwhite head. Aroma is malt, caramel, cherry, cherry seeds, raspberry, marzipan, almonds, vinegar, yeast, and hints of leather. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter, and medium to very acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and acidic with intense notes of malt, cherry, almonds, raspberry, and vinegar. Very rich but well balanced.

Bottle from ØL2GO @ Home. Slight gusher that pours hazy dark brown with a fading tan head. Aroma of malt, yeast, brett, wood, oak, light vinegar, tart berries. Flavor is light sweet, light sour, malt, yeasty, brett, wood, oak, little vinegar, tart berries. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. Nicely balanced. 021124

375ml bottle. Cloudy, darkest ruby colour with small to average, thick, dense, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Vinous fruity, slightly tangy, yeasty spicy, mildly funky and woody aroma, caramel malty background, notes of blue grapes, blue berries, some oak, vinegar. Taste is tart, vinous fruity, slightly woody, mildly funky, tangy, minimally tannic, hints of bluegrapes, unripe blue berries, some oak, a touch of morello, vinegar, caramel malty basi swithout residual sweetness. Oily-watery texture, minimally astringent palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice fruitiness, weak woodyness, very mild yeasty aspects - decent.
