Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Thanks to Josh for this beaut. Hazy gold beer with a small off white head. Smooth palate with light fine carbonation. Bretty bitterness contrasts with light sweet malts. Dry white wine and tropical fruits. Light hop bitterness and salty seltzer. Light finish. Lovely.

Bottle thanks to Josh. It pours hazy golden orange with a medium white head. The nose is earth, wood, light tartness, peach, apricot, white grape, brett and medicinal notes. The taste is crisp, tart fruits...white grape, lemon, green apple, gooseberry, minerals and wood with a dry, lightly tart finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation, Complex, flavoursome and well-balanced. Rather nice indeed.

Bottle shared at Bruce’s in London - huge thanks to Josh. Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy white head. The aroma holds honeydew, peach, mellow funk, pale bread. Light sweet flavor with vibrant brett punch, more peach, tangy lemon, white grape. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Super clean finish, some grapefruit, poop, great brett, lemon, peach. Divine. Delicious. Dangerously drinkable.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar shared with Yespr. Clear orange color, small off - white head. Aroma has hops, but clearly white wine influences as well. Taste lightly hops, white wine and also nicely fruity. Quite easily drinkable, a bit dry finish, medium body, soft carbonation.

On tap at Mikkeller, it poured a clear deep gold & had a funky slightly metallic aroma. The flavor was mostly metallic, yeasty & a touch sour. I am not a Chardonnay drinker so maybe that’s why I couldn’t pick up on those notes, for me I mostly got Brett-which isn’t always my cup of tea. A decent beer though, eminently drinkable.

Draft. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, chardonnay, fruits, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, wheat, and caramel, leading to a dry bretty finish.
