tap at Hopcat, RBSG 2010 - Pours light amber with a small white head. The aroma is sour and fruity. The flavor is tart and sweet. It’s light bodied and works pretty well for what it is.

Growler shared at the Grand Tasting of RBSG. Poured a hazy golden brown with a small brown head that lasts. Aroma was malty with light grain with some caramel and hint of tart fruits. Flavor was fruity with some dry sour cherries and caramel and grain backing.

Served on draft at Hopcat in Grand Rapids. Pours a hazy ruby-brown color with a medium tan head. Decent head retention and lacing. Faint toffee aroma. The taste is tart cherries, toffee and green apple. That green apple seems to affect nearly everything this brewery does, which is disappointing. Medium bodied.
