Draught at Gothenburg Beer Festival 2013 (Haket), Saturday, sampled on September 7, 2013.Hazy golden color, white head. Sweet, apricots, Belgian yeast scent, spicy coriander, fresh. Smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Coriander, sweet, ehrbal, spicy taste. Spicy aftertaste.Fresh and yummy, though the perceiver bitterness feels higher than it "should" for the style, after discussions with the brewers could be the crushed coriander seeds that makes the bitterness pop more.

Draught @ Haket. Pours hazy deep golden with a small frothy white head that quickly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is sweet, fruity, phenolic and perfume-like with crackers, owen baked pears, cookie dough, lemon zest, hay, dry soil, citrus/tropical fruit perfume, yellow winegums and hints of tamarind and green apples. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, tiny sour, phenolic and fruity with crackers, white bread, lemon zest, dry wood, pears, passionfruit, grass, tropical fruit hard candy, tamarind sauce, lemon juice and hints of aftershave, pine and sheet metal. Mouthfeel is round, tiny phenolic astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter and phenolic with crackers, white bread, unripe pears, unripe apples, pineapple hard candy, hay, dry wood and hits of sheet metal and cookie dough. Great Belgo nose supporting an ok beer. Another good one but there are things to work on with the taste that gets very metallic astringent after a while.
