Eit smakseventyr frå Trollbryggeriet. På Indre Sunnmøre har det i generasjonar vore tradisjon å bryggje maltøl (kornøl). Trollbryggeriet ønskjer å videreføre denne arven ved å bryggje øl med karakter, basert på handverksmessige metodar med lokalt særpreg. Julebrygg brygges av münchnermalt og pilsnermalt. Er mørk kopperfarget til rødbrun. Lav bitterhet og humlesmak. Maltsødmen skal dominere. Passer godt til julemat som lutfisk og ribber. Serveringstemp 10-12 C.

Rødbrun farge med offwhite skum. Lukter lkaramellmalt og krydder. Maltsødme preger smaken noe mørke stenfrukter og urter.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, bark, soil, hay, vanilla essence, plastic, grass, harsh spices, grain. Taste is harsh mineraly, weeds, bark, paper, soil, harsh yeast, hay, plastic, flowers, harsh grass, butterscotch. Medium bitterness, harsh metallic mouthfeel. Crap!

Flaske kjøpt på Eurospar Kræmer Tromsø. Aroma malt, plomme, Utseende mørk amber med offwhite skum. Smak, mørke frukter, røsted malt, karamell i bakgrunnen. En rund og fin juleøl som ikke stikker seg ut. God øl

[ As Trollbryggeriet Slogen Juleøl ].Clear medium brown - red amber color with a small to small average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, smoke, light wood. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long to average duration, sweet malt, smoke, sweet smoke - bacon - meat, spicy, plastic notes. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140829]

Duft av rosin, krydder og en anelse nøtter. Dunkel brun farge. Lite skum, tynn ring langs kant. God litt fruktig smak av rosiner og nøtter med en liten syrlig ettersmak..
