[ As Chama River Serenity Milk Stout ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, dusty coffee, roasted. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, coffee bitter, chocolate sweet, milk chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140516]

Pours dark reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, lactose and caramel. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long chocolate and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy light beige head. Clear aroma of malt and coffee beans, with touches of caramel and roasty notes. Sweetish, malty flavour, with hints of chocolate, coffe with milk, and roast. Pleasant, sweetish aftertaste with roasty hints. A nice one.
