Bottle: Golden, medium-sized loose head, that slowly collapses; clean and solid sweet pale-malty nose with shy noble hops in the second row; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, not really medium bodied and also a bit fizzy; slightly lingering hoppy and sweet-malty finish. Fine Helles......

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Mildly sweet pale malty, slightly strawy aroma with citric and lightly herbal hops. Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Strawy malty base with a tinge of nuts and subtle citrus-fruity notes; moderately sweet and faint bitter hoppy finish. A very mild but clean and likeable Helles. As all the German Lagers best when sampled fresh ྼ.VIII.09).

Bottle. (thx to Papsoe) Clear, yellowish body topped by a white head. Grainy nose with a little fruityness. The flavor has grain, hay and a faint note of hops. Thin in the mouth. Waste of time and barley I think. (070510)
