DØE. Hazy brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and grainy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 220514

From cask. Pours clear and golden amber with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Bitter herbal and toasted. Dry. Solid roasted malty.

Dunkel/Porter crossover? Draught. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. More toffee than roast. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Looks and tastes more like a dunkel than a porter.

Handpump @ Wintercoat. Pours very dark brown with a small creamy offwhite head. Aroma of roasted malt, grain, light sourness, caramel. Flavor is roasted malt, caramel, grainy, lightl sweet chocolate, little dark fruit. Medium body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. 060614
