Tap @ the brewery. Medium head with medium duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich licorice, roast malt, caramel and hops. Nice and smooth.

[ As WinterCoat Black Dog ].Unclear medium to dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, grainy, light roasted, wood notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malty, grainy, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140522]

Handpumped at KØ14. Good roasted aroma. Clear dark brown colour, red shine. Nicely roasted dark malts, a little bready. Fruity berry note in the finish.
