The English Pale Ales are generally known as bitters, and our version does not fit nicely into a single bitters category. The body is light to medium and color is golden. Hopping consisted of UK East Kent Goldings for all hop additions including dry hopping. The beer was fermented with Ringwood English ale yeast.

Nonic pint draft at the brewpub in Columbia, Missouri. Pour is a hazed copper brown with limited head. Aroma is light nut along with floral hops. Delicate, nice balance. Taste is crystal malt along with floral hop and a light diacetyl taste that clears fast as it warms. Palate is medium to light bodied with low carbonation and a bit of lingering sweetness in the finish. Nice sessionable beer.
