Dark Wheat Wine

Bottle. Opaque almost black liquid with medium light tan head. Aroma of citrus, tangerine, toffee, candy, pine, fresh hops, bread, caramel, biscuit and mango. Taste is dry to very light sweet and medium bitter with notes of citrus, tangerine, biscuit, tangerine and caramel. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

330ml Bottle (Ölstugan Tullen, Göteborg) - Dark brown with red tinges and a foamy head. Raisins, marzipan, malt and some slightly soapy hints in the aroma. Fruity and slightly sweet taste with notes of Dundee cake, raisins, marzipan and almonds.

Bottle @ Ölstugan Tullen. Pours very murky reddish brown with a creamy reddish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky trace on the glass. Smell is sweet and malty with biscuits, caramel, oatmeal cookies, charred wood, alcohol, pine needles, moist grass, moss, moist soil, lemon zest, crackers, alcohol and subtle hints of milk chocolate. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter and malty with crackers, biscuits, caramel, oatmeal cookies, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon zest, grapefruit rinds, resinous wood, alcohol, bitter chocolate and minerals. Mouthfeel is round, tiny sticky sweet, tiny oily bitter, slightly boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is slightly sweet, bitter and malty with cookie dough, biscuits, sweet dark bread, pine needles, grapefruit rinds, resinous wood, alcohol and bitter chocolate. Very nice and would be interesting to see how it ages.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity piney hoppy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty spicy hoppy bitter flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter piney caramel finish.
