Bottle. Pours an amber dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor with hints of dark fruit. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear, dark amber with an off-white head. Woody, vinous oxidized aroma - delicious. Rich body, some burned caramel, again wood and oxidization in the lead. Sufficient hops to keep some balance although the beer is hot and clearly more than 9%. R.I.P. Stronzo - you really started out with a bang! 160616

37.5 cl bottle. Pours pitch black with a small tan to brown head. Aroma is breadish. Chocolate. Dark malty. Rich malty and chocolate. Lingering dark chocolate finish.

DØE. Hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dried fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. 240514

Bottle @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Stronzo Batch #1 ].Unclear medium brown amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, wood, alcohol - bourbon. Flavour is light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, alcohol, wood, borubon - laber laver. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20140524]
