Draught. Hazy goldeny brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is smoked cheese, some slight fishy elements as well as some grains. Flavour is toasted, some smoked wood, smoked cheesy elements along with some herbal and mild earthy and dusty elements.

Tap at Fairbar, Aarhus. Pours hazy pale brown with a small off white head. Aroma is smoked cheese. Heavy but smoked sweetness with a moderate bitterness. Medium body, sticky almost chewy texture. Earthy finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and smoked. Bitter, toasted, mild smoked and vague citric. Lingering dark malty and slight caramelish.

Draught. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy nice peated aroma. Moderate bitter nice peated flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice smoked beer.
