750mL bottle, pours golden with a white head. Aroma of strong herbs, cereal, wild yeast and a sour funk. Flavour is immensely herbal, skunky, mushroom (!) with a bitter funk, and yeast. Very spicy, herbal finish. Interesting, but a little too much fungus.

Bouteille 750ml. De couleur dorée-orange et claire. Nez de gomme balloune (bazooka), de grains de malt, léger de houblon floral aux notes herbeuses, léger de fruits (poires) et d’épices avec des notes de biscuits et des traces de pain. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-bas et une texture moyennement crémeuse et aux notes sirupeuses. Goût de grains de malt frais (faibles traces rôties) avec des notes fruitées (poires, traces de raisins verts et d’agrumes) et d’épices (poivre) ainsi que de faibles traces de gomme balloune lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un léger goût de pain et de miel avec des petites traces de biscuits. Parallèlement, l’on retrouve un moyen goût d’alcool réchauffant et qui s’accentue jusqu’en finale ainsi qu’une moyen amertume asséchante de houblon herbeux aux notes florales. Post-goût moyen et sec, moyennement amer d’alcool, moyen de houblon herbeux avec des traces fruitées.

Pours with a bright gold clear body with plenty of carbonation, small pillow of not very dense head on top. Soft aroma of lemon and alcohol. Flavour is grain notes with just a hint of malt and a dry finish of hops. Quite drinkable, in fact.

Bottle: Poured a golden color lager with a big foamy head with good retention and some minimal lacing. Aroma if s dominated by sugar with light phenol notes. Taste is also dominated by some sugar and sweet malt notes with light alcohol notes. Full body with great carbonation but overall this one is just too sweet for my taste buds.

A golden beer with a thick white head. Aroma of fresh grain mash, a bit of hops, very green. In mouth, very malty and intense, with malt balls, very german hopping, light nuttyness, and warming alcohol. Very nice. Bought at Fromageries du Marché Atwater, 4.99$
