On tap. Pours an opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Amazing cedar aroma atop some dark pruney fruit. Solid body, again a dark, dried pruney character while the cedar is a lot more subtle in the flavor. A little late licorice. Surprisingly hoppy finish. A very interesting and different Quad, spicy, hoppy and warming. 211012

Dark ruby with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of pine and wood with some fruit and dark sugar - the wood has a strong herbal character that we all know is cedar, but in this case smells like someone is sitting inside my glass, smoking weed. Sweetish malt, molasses and dark fruit flavour with a heavy dose of the wood
