On tap. Pours cloudy - almost milky white - with a tiny white head. The nose has rotten fruit and acetic acid. Medium body, low in carbonation, surprisingly subdued apple accents but a mild acetone leaving a spicy tartness. Pleasant. 011011

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Solid acetone aroma, light floral too. Citric, sharp acetone and fruity flavoured. Dry and astringent finish.

Draft. A light yellow cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of apples, vinegar, and lemon. The flavor is sour, but with a bit of sweetness, and flavors of not quite ripe apples and vinegar as well as a dash of lemon, leading to a tart finish. The acidity draws out the mouthwater.

cloudy yellow, no head. Leather, apple, acetone in the arona. Sort of wild flavor is lots of acetone mixed with sourish apple, also tart notes.
