Bottled. A light yellow cider with a white head. The aroma has apples, and some elderflowers. The flavor is acidic with notes of sour apples and some elderflowers, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a clear pale yellow with a lively yet dissipating white head. Very dry, manure-like aroma - some tannins. Light body, dry and sulphurous, slightly astringent but not an awful lot of apple flavour really. Tannins. No traces of the elderflower though. Heavy carbonation. Rather odd. 100511
