Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As DTU Bygøl ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, barley. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, barley, fruity malt, apple notes. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140524]

Draft. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and unmaltet grain. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and unmaltet grain - I wonder if I can taste enzymes. The finish is dry. If you want this to taste like drinkable beer then add more hops.
