Rocky white head on a hazy pale lemon coloured body. Zesty aroma. Medium sized, sharp dry & clean. Funky, lemon, herbal, zesty & pine tastes. Great - very refreshing.

Tap at the brewery tap in bermondaey. A light heazed yellow straw coloured pour with a small white head.. aroma is mellow funk, green hop green apple, hint of Brett, yogurt, loose wheat, . Flavour is composed of straw, grass, loose wheat, green apple, light funk clove, green apple, straw, grass. . Palate is light grainy, moderate carbonation. Little loose.
