This strong Belgian Trappist-style brown ale is as rich and Indulgent as they come. Think Treacle in a glass. Homemade Demerara invert syrup and Cara Munich, Crystal and Vienna provide dark caramel and sweet raisin complexity with restrained bitterness finished off perfectly by Belgian yeast fruit & herbal notes.

Thin off white head on still light brown coloured body. Fruity & caramel aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & with a lively back. Sweet malt, caramel, toffee, liquorice & fruity berry tastes with a peppery finish Not sure the Belgian & Dubbel tag is fitting but it's a fine Brown Ale.
