(bottle 0,33l) Overall: Very nice. Strong but balanced raspberry and chocolate. Interestingly berry-sourish, well suited for stout. Aroma: Raspberry, chocolate. Appearance: Black. Minimal, brown head. Taste: Light sweet, raspberry, berry-sourish, chocolate. Palate: Medium body. Light sticky texture. Warm finish.

Rather light for the style, or maybe just super super dry. Cacao is definitely making it this way. Strawberry is mild and nicely complementary. Baobao paris
