Draught (SMÖF 2013) - Hazy amber in colour. Toffee, grapefruit and pine in the aroma. Tangy and hoppy taste with notes of lemon, grapefruit, toffee, pine and peach.

500ml bottle @ PBF 2013
Pours dark orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of juicy fruity notes, floral hops, grainy malts and caramel. Taste is juicy, floral, fruity and caramely with notes of lemon, grapefruit and hops. Finish is malty and caramely, but not very bitter. Could use a bit more bitterness and hop bite, feels quite juicy. Still quite nice, though.

Bottled@PBF VIII. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some yeast mild wood and a bit yeasty notes. Flavour is fruity, some yeast, mild earth and herbal notes.

Bottled (first batch ) at PBF. Hazy amber, small head. Bitterorange aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Plenty of pink grapefruit. Clean, American style malt profile. Long bitter finish. Really promising startup brewery, this! (8/4/7/4/13) Update (2nd batch) at NK Ölbar, Stockholm. More pear and elderflower in the aroma. More relaxed malt profile. Overall morea aromatic and drinkable.

Aroma is rather fruity and somewhat sweet with exotic fruits and some caramel. Flavour is also rather fruity with hops, some caramel and hints of biscuits. Finishes with some gooseberry and lingering hops. Palate is low on CO2. Nice. Terkkuja Padelle.
