A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old Holden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels.

Refermented on Driscoll Maravilla raspberries from Herefordshire, and Morello cherries from Kent. Bottle conditioned, unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Brewing season: 2019/2020, 2020/2021, 2021/2022

Bottle at home. Rich cherry colour with a pinkish head. Aroma and taste are berry tart fruity and acidic. Rich body.

Nice and dirty. Got that great almondy cherry taste. Lightly earthy in a good way. Nice and tart. Good stuff

(tap 0,4l @ CB Solniční (Brno)) Overall: Quite sour. Ok. Aroma: Sour, cherries, berries. Appearance: Light hazy red-pink. Minimal white head. Taste: Medium sour, berries, cherries, leather. Palate: Medium body. Sour astringent finish.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Pours red with a light pink head. Cherry drops & raspberry jam aromas. Jammy red fruit flavours, whack of almond. Sweet 'n' tarty finish.

Keg at the St Albans beer festival 2023. A light hazed deep crimson red cherry coloured pour with a lasting fine pink head. Aroma is nice, semi sweet, cherry, woody raspberry, cherry cordial, light funk. Airy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet deep cherry. Woody raspberry, airy mineral, mellow funk, zippy lacto. Palate is tart, airy carbonation. Tannin, lovely funky fruit character.
