Smell is tiny estery, slightly phenolic, yeasty and fruity with wheat crackers, pepper corns, hay, dry soil, grapefruit rinds, lemon zest, dry wood and grape skins. Taste is bitter, tiny eastery, slightly phenolic, spicy and slightly fruity with wheat crackers, hay, dry soil, pepper corns, dry wood, white grapes, grapefruit rinds, lemon zest, orange zest and hints of lemon grass. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny tart and light to medium bodied. finish is bitter and tiny fruity with crackers, lemon juice, lemon zest, dry soil, hay and pepper corns. Refreshing...
