Bottle @ Odense Tasting January, 2015. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy head and lacings. Nose is mild yeast, fresh fruit and grass. Dry and bitter finish. Quite nice!

Bottle 500ml. [ As Stronzo/Ølsnedkeren/Brøggeren Saison Dinkel ].Unclear light matt, medium yellow color with a large to huge, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate to heavy yeasty, spicy, saison yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, sharp, dry, funky, spicy yeast, citrus - grapefruit zest. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle from Voldby. Clear yellow with a huge and dense white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. Really nice on a varm summer day. 240714

Bottle, 6.2%. Hazy dark yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, hops, hay, citrus and spicy. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, citrus, spicy, hay, little sweet, little dry, little grapefruit and quite bitter.

Bottle. Creamy White excellent fully lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Heavy bitter wonderfull flavor. Hops and citrus. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Excellent.

Smak och doft av jäst, äpple, hör, gräs, peppar, grapefrukt, örter med toner av trä och tropiska frukter. Sträv, torr med tydlig citrusskalsbeskap med toner av maskros och citron. Lite obalanserad och beskan slår ut de fruktiga tonerna lite för mycket.
