Bottle at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival. Clear golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of funk (barnyard, tropical fruit), wheat, grain and floral hops. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of funk and grain. Very drinkable. Medium bodied with a bit low carbonation. Very nice stuff, great to see this kind of beer from Sweden.

Sample @ Stockholm Beer & Whisky 2012. Pours tiny hazy golden with a small white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is funky, fruity and spicy with crackers, dry soil, cloves, hay, green grapes, brett, cloves and hints of barnyard. Taste is tiny sweet, tiny bitter, tiny sour, funky and spicy with crackers, green grapes, lemon juice, plums, lemon zest, dry soil, brett, cloves, white pepper and barnyard. Mouthfeel is dry, tiny tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is dry and spicy with crackers, cloves, white bread, white pepper, brett, grape zest, apple skin and dry soil. Nice and refreshing.Re-rate! Bottle bought through Systembolaget. Very medicinal and phenolic. Not as refreshing as the first try. Will let it sit for a while to see what happens with the brett.

15cl sample @SBWF12. Poured orange/golden with a thin white head. Aroma has brett, egg, citrus fruityness, sour. Flavor has earthy, citrusy, fruity notes. Very dry. Nice saison indeed. Good body, easy to drink.

Bottle sample @ SBWF 2012. Pours orange with a small white head. Lovely fresh aroma with notes of berry seeds and strawberries. Taste is not as good, altough true to style and totally drinkable. This might be the best saison to come from sweden.

Bottle sample at SBWF. A very herbal brew, some funk but mainly herbal notes of thyme and basil.

Sample at SBWF 2012. Dark golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste of brett, apples, some spices, hay and barnyard. Rather bitter finish. An interesting beer from this new Swedish brewery.
