Key lime is a variety of small but highly aromatic lime, best known for it's use in the classic key lime pie, a kind of cross between a cheesecake and a lemon meringue pie.
Sweet and tart, with complex citrus aromatics, and subtle vanilla from the addition of Madagascan vanilla pods.
